How to apply - CUT full time studies

Our educational offer encompasses 2 fields of study run in English at Bachelor ( or Engineering ) level and 5 fields of study run in English at Master level.

  • BSc in Computer Modelling and Simulation   ( 7 semesters )
  • BSc in Quality and Production Management   ( 7 semesters )
  • MSc in Logistics ( 4 semesters )

  • MSc in Intelligent Energy for Environmental Protection ( 3 semesters )

Currently our educational offer Academic Year 2017/2018 (summer semester) encompasses 3 fields of study run in English at Master level

  • MSc in Computational Intelligence and Data Mining (3 semesters) starts from February or October
  • MSc in Modelling and Simulation in Mechanics (3 semesters) starts from February or October
  • MSc in Logistics (4 semesters) starts from February or October

The recruitment process for the summer semester 2017/2018 Academic Year starts December 2017 and finishes 31 of January

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE for NON-EU CITIZENS

STEP 1

  1. download:
  2. Fill, sign, scan and send both forms
  3. Send a scan of the passport page with your photo and personal data by e-mail to:

  1. wait for  Conditional Offer Letter
  2. pay Recruitment  Fee 85 PLN

STEP 3

Send following documents:

  1. scan of the confirmation of application fee payment non-refundable 85 PLN;
  2. scan of the secondary school leaving certificate with apostille stamp or legalization certificate (must be translated into English). It gives one right to study in higher education institutions in the country where it was issued;
  3. scan of the official transcript of records with scale of grades included;
  4. scan of the official certificate confirming your command of English;

STEP 4

On the e-mail address of the applicant will be sent a letter with information about the decision of the Rector regarding enrollment and the conditions of admission. After you receive a positive response (you are accepted for education ), tuition is paid.

STEP 5

If you are qualified for studies and you paid for the first semester of training, we'll send to the postal and electronic address (indicated in the application form) an invitation that is required to obtain a visa.

Until 15th September/23rd February you need to provide all original documents along with copies to the Department for Work with Foreign Students (ISO) of Czestochowa University of Technology.

DOCUMENTS required for 1st cycle degree

  • The request to the Vice-Rector for Education
  • Document confirming candidate's identity (passport)
  • Visa or other document authorizing legal residence on the territory of Poland
  • A certificate of secondary education, with grades list attached
  • Apostille or legalization of the certificate together with grades list
  • Sworn translation of secondary education certificate into Polish language, or a translation certified by a Polish consul, together with grades list
  • Information that the foreign certificate entitles the candidate to start post-secondary studies in the issuing country
  • Sworn translation into Polish language, or a translation certified by a Polish consul, stating that the candidate's certificate authorizes him/her to apply to University in the issuing country
  • Authorization of the certificate by an Education Supervision Body. Does not apply to documents issued in EU, OECD, EFTA, EOG countries, or such countries with which Poland has agreements on education authorization
  • Document confirming knowledge of English language
  • Insurance policy against sickness and accidents for the period of candidate's education in Poland, or European Health Insurance Card, or agreement with National Health Fund
  • Doctor's certificate confirming lack of contraindications to undertake studies in a given field of study and in a given form of education
  • Translation of doctor's certificate
  • 3 up-to-date photos of the candidate (size: 35x45 mm; on the back of each of the photos there should be written the candidate's name and additionally on one of them – permanent residence address)
  • Confirmation of payment of recruitment fee
  • Confirmation of payment for the first semester of studies

DOCUMENTS required for 2nd cycle degree

  • The request to the Vice-Rector for Education
  • Document confirming candidate's identity (passport)
  • Visa or other document authorizing legal residence on the territory of Poland
  • A first cycle studies diploma, with grades attached
  • Apostille or legalization of the diploma together with grades list
  • Sworn translation of first cycle studies diploma into Polish language, or a translation certified by a Polish consul, together with grades list
  • Information that the foreign diploma entitles the candidate to start post-secondary studies in the issuing country
  • Sworn translation into Polish language, or a translation certified by a Polish consul, stating that the candidate's diploma authorizes him/her to apply to University in the issuing country
  • Recognition of diploma. Does not apply to documents issued in EU, OECD, EFTA, EOG countries, or such countries with which Poland has agreements on education authorization
  • Document confirming knowledge of English language
  • Insurance policy against sickness and accidents for the period of candidate's education in Poland, or European Health Insurance Card, or agreement with National Health Fund
  • Doctor's certificate confirming lack of contraindications to undertake studies in a given field of study and in a given form of education

Please note that the field of study/specialization will be opened provided a certain number of candidates is accepted!!! 

Additional information:

  1. The current  tuition fee for the academic year 2017/2018  is 1920 EUR per year + additional non-refundable 85 PLN recruitment fee.

  2. Accommodation - CUT guarantees accommodation in one of our three dormitories at a cost of about:
         Singe room: 90-125 EUR per month
         Double room: 70-80 EUR per month / per person
         Due to the room standard and current EUR exchange rate.
  3. CUT International Students Office offers full support for foreign students during their stay in Poland regarding accommodation, insurance, money and banks etc.
  4. Average costs of living including public transport, accommodation in dormitory, food and some entertainment is approximately 250-300 EUR per month.
